Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
How to Request a Return
Contact us within 10  days of receiving your order at support@trikothouse.com with your order number and clear photos showing the damage or defect. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer. Change of mind or incorrect size orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.
